Every new and/returning student begins with a Guided Class Experience.
During this short consultation, we learn about goals and readiness. We will answer your questions and determine if SHIN is the right fit.
During this session, we evaluate focus, effort and readiness, while introducing you and your child(ren) to our training environment.
Following the assessment, we will recommend the appropriate program and outline the next steps for enrollment.
SHIN develops confidence, focus, discipline, resilience and leadership, while improving strength, coordination and overall fitness.
Through structured progression and clear expectations, students learn how to set goals, follow through and handle challenges with composure.
Unlike traditional sports, our programs emphasize personal growth alongside physical skill. Students build respect, responsibility and leadership habits that carry into school, home and everyday life.
If you are unsure which program is the right fit, every new family begins with a Guided Class Experience so we can determine the best next step.

Most students attend two classes per week, which allows for consistent progress without burnout. Some programs offer additional training options, while others are intentionally structured to prioritize recovery and focus. We do offer a one class per week option as well.
During your Guided Class Experience, we will recommend the ideal training schedule based on availability and long term goals.
Our programs begin as early as age 3. We also work with older students and adults who are starting for the first time, as well as our returning members.
